Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 3200 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3200 platform — including the website, mobile app, games, Sports Betting, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. 3200 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Account Creation & User Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on the 3200 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of balances.
All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, date of birth, and bank details — must be accurate, current, and valid. 3200 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure account security and meet internal compliance requirements.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the 3200 support team immediately at [email protected]. We will take appropriate steps to secure your account, including a temporary freeze if necessary.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All users of the 3200 platform are required to comply with the following rules at all times:
- Do not use the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or activities that violate Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the 3200 platform's systems, servers, or infrastructure in any way.
- Do not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or unfairly exploit the platform.
- Do not spread false information, post harmful content, or use the platform to harass other users.
- Do not transfer or share your account with any third party under any circumstances.
Any breach of the rules above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of existing balances, and legal action where applicable.

- Access the platform via your own authorised personal device
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 3200 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are processed in MYR (RM). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. 3200 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
Successful deposits will be credited to your gaming account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. If you experience any delay or issue with a deposit, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for further assistance.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to an identity verification process that may take 1–3 business days. 3200 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to eligibility criteria and rollover requirements set out separately. Bonuses that have been used cannot be withdrawn as cash without first meeting the applicable rollover conditions.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
3200 Liability Limits
3200 is not liable for any financial losses, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or betting outcomes.
The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of perfection or absence of errors. While we strive to keep the platform available at all times, 3200 does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Account Suspension & Closure
3200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. Valid balances will be returned after the verification process is completed and any outstanding liabilities are settled.
All content, designs, logos, the 3200 brand name, software, and materials found on the platform are the exclusive property of 3200 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
3200 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the 3200 platform shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms provided under applicable Malaysian law.
